Shout out to Befly for years ago introducing me to the ultimate FidelioCore. Whole album a mood.

Yo broski I was threw on a couple GnR songs and was thinking I can't think of a band that was arguably the biggest in the 80's sound so out of place once it hit the 90's. Like they still were popular when Use Your Illusion dropped but that super clean production and the ballads don't fit with the decade. They broke up at the perfect time imo.
hate how clean that album sounds
hate how clean that album sounds
Broski speaking on sound I cant think of another film that uses it to create such disturbing effect as Clean, Shaven. The static, whispers, and field recordings combined with hallucinations very unsettling and spooky.

Ginger Baker's solo on the Wheels of Fire version of Toad maybe the best long one ive heard
