blame it on your love is the one to play if you don't want to scare the hoes at the party
Well my husband pretty much exclusively listens to showtunes, kelly clarkson, katy perry, and elevator music, and he loves Track 10 (along with BIOYL). Surprised the hell outta me tbh, and same goes for a good chunk of other more adventurous Charli songs that i was shocked he actually enjoyed
If my kristen chenoweth stan husband f***s with Track 10, any hoes that get scared by it are too basic to be worth caring about
the ending of 2001 scared the s*** out of me as a kid

Understatement considering how many directors over the years have used that exact effect with the score to try and imply an intense high art vibe to their film
@RVI Been meaning to tell you that I was wrong about "Blame It on Your Love". It has really grown on me a lot. I still dont care for Lizzo's spot, but i no longer ever wanna skip the song.
Still think "Track 10" is superior tho
she definitely has songs with worse features than that lizzo one

Oh for sure.
In case anyone is as hyped for the new Perfume Genius album as I am: He released that short film consisting of new songs from the album that comes out Friday. Looks like it's going to be his most out there album. Sounds a bit like a mix of Peter Gabriel, early Klaus Schulze, mid-career The Knife, Radiohead, Xiu Xiu as well as early Waters-Floyd. Mysterious, dark, alienating etc.. Eye in the Wall already is his best song. The other songs so far are not that level but very good for the most part I'd say.

EDIT: omg this sounds like something explicitly made for me

I know you hate making lists but it's always a nice addition of some unique stuff with your contribution
plus trying to get 100% participation from regular FAM
@RASIE this one slipped under my radar

That's the problem
he told me to use his most recent list (from 2019) and put Desertshore to #1, but he opted out of that after posting a top 10 and 70+ unranked albums. I just need him to edit that list down to the required 50-70 lol since I know he's not one to care about ranking after top 10

Ah damn. I've been using my 2019 lists each decade too but i paste it in a note and see what i feel like rearranging or swapping out for other albums
