Feeling a bit better. I can handle body aches from fever but the possibility and feeling of food poisoning is my worst enemy. Hopefully i can get a passable sleep

I don't know what is happening to me. Maybe mild food poisoning but I felt awful after eating my past 2 meals. Started in the chest this morning with lots of coughing though.

I think most people are cool with jokes as long as they don't come across as malicious. In the case of the Louis CK stuff that was about dissecting the words and the power we give them. Most people aren't offended by that cause you'd have to be really dumb to be. Chappelle's recent s***, it often comes across as just straight up bashing under the guise of "it's just jokes". And ever since the backlash he seems to be going harder on it out of spite.

I definitely think the hatewagon has gone too far and I still dig him, but I can totally see why some people from those groups are like "fuck this guy"

I still maintain that Ricky Gervais has some of the best delivery in the world, but he rarely says anything funny any more cause he seems to he on some bizarre personal crusade against trans people. It comes across as, at best, deeply weird

A lot of that stuff just comes across as "I don't hate trans people, but < says a buncha mean s*** about trans people >"
