Yeah in '69 cause Return Of Django was a much bigger hit there. The big producers in Jamaica like Coxsone and Duke Reid (who started and fostered the violent atmosphere in Jamaica by paying squads of Rude Boys to go trash other producers sound equipment literally in the the middle of parties) werent giving him a chance and he had to release his first hit independently.
