Yall ever hear of the band Narrow Head? Was watching a stream at work the guy mentioned them and i checked them out. Pretty cool stuff. Shoegaze/grunge/metal s*** with a touch of darkwave.

Never, this is cool though. Reminds me of Deafheaven a bit.

From what ive listened to so far they have a blend of several dope sounds like Soft Moon, Deftones, Jesus & Mary Chain, Fugazi, Deafheaven, etc

Yeah J&MC and Deftones came to mind too

I've been meaning to get back into Soft Moon I remember really liking their first album

Self-titled, Zeros, and Total Decay EP are still goated.

Deeper (3rd album) is cool but not as good as those earlier projects. Still worth a listen cause it has some great songs

Criminal (2018) i only listened to it once or twice and remember liking a few songs but havent revisted since it dropped pretty much

Been rewatching Boardwalk Empire. I’m on season 4 and it’s peak television. Along with Twin Peaks and The Sopranos there’s nothing else this good.

One of the last great shows that was that honest and nuanced while also being on that level production design wise. It’s shot gorgeously and looks so authentic. Feels like looking through a doorway into another time rather than a reflective look back on one.

Curb

I kinda put comedies in a different category. That, Louie, Always Sunny, Seinfeld, etc would all be in their own thing for me.

Maybe Eastbound & Down transcends comedy though.
