i dont follow them super closely like some people but i lowkey get a feeling that Georgia Ellery (the Jockstrap one) might leave BNCR. being in 2 bands receiving some success has gotta be hard to balance and if she didnt sing lead vocals i wouldnt be surprised if she also didnt write on the new material as much as the rest.

they had a substitute for her when I saw them live last year cuz she was busy with jockstrap stuff i think

i think the 2 other female singers they have sound pretty good though. and the male one seems alright too

i like how the female vocals sound with their music so i hope they continue using them more heavily

@Aruji these Shaking the Habitual re-listens continue to be fascinating. I can't decide if I'll put this in my top 25 or somewhere in the 60s, or in between. "A Tooth For an Eye" and "Full of Fire" would both contend for a top 20 spot in 21st century songs, while the rest of the album kind of peaks and valleys all over. Even the stuff I'm indifferent to is at least interesting. Forgot how long half these songs were lmao. If this was an 8 song album of the very best songs it would probably be a top 10 album of the century for me. But maybe my personal omissions would disrupt the album's pacing idk
