Yea Martin Brodeur was my favourite goalie growin' up and I had a friend who cheered for NJ so I decided to cheer for them as well. (This was like 04). Then that same friend flip-flopped whenCarolina won the Cup two years later. I stuck with Jersey though, desite the constant mediocrity through the last decade

i’ve started writing a good bit lately. journaling, poetry, fleshing out and writing intros for a couple short stories. i’ve always enjoyed writing, but never really did it for myself or in a super creative way. it was always for school or some other obligation.

i’ve started reading daily again for the past month (something i used to love doing), and i’ve found that being inspired by things i’m reading really helps me get my gears turning and start writing myself. i don’t feel like i have the stamina yet to write a longer finished work, but that’s what i’m working towards. just gotta keep on writing.

If that kinda thing gets your juices flowing then yeah you just gotta keep at it. My mate has been working on writing his own sitcom for years now, doesn't really see anything coming from it but it's just a good creative outlet while he has to write more boring stuff for work

that’s sick af, writing screenplays & scripts is so fun. i never tried writing a sitcom, but i started a couple of drama screenplays for this college class i ended up dropping cuz the prof was a d***head lmfao.
