Snowbird came out in '69
Sum 41
didn't realize they were Canadian. They were my my most hated band back when I used to watch MTV all the time.
Abbey road is their best imo. Side b is one of the greatest 20 minutes of music ever and easily their best stretch imo. Love a suite
Joni over Neil for our goat
literally had Clouds on repeat for months recently and I do not get it
Queued up to listen to at work today:
Sheer Heart Attack - Queen
Hotter Than Hell - Kiss
Wild Planet - B-52s
Rid of Me - PJ
Wave - Patti
Been at least a dozen years since my last Patti Smith Group album
Rid of me

It's awesome but really is just them mashing together all of the song snippets they had written during the White album burst of creativity because they had nothing else to do with them
The planets aligned or something for them in '68 cause they were able to dip into that well of songs they wrote for not just white album, but abbey road and their first clutch of classic solo albums
Am i tripping or is it a very American sounding album?
It’s produced by Steve albini so yea very American.

I love it but also its too polished and lacks depth for me. White Album and Rubber Soul are roughly 20 times better.
