yeah the first zoo story almost made me sick, the second one was just terrifying.
damn that one sounds wild, only TM I’ve read was Beloved back in college, i loved it though. can’t get enough of that Southern gothic horror

Oct 26, 2023·1 reply@Galaxy do the female albums list candidates have to be from solo acts or do bands with female frontwomen like Blondie and Big Thief count as well? Parallel Lines and Dragon New Warm Mountain would be way up there on my list but a lot of the musicians involved are men.

@Aruji you gonna vote for Pandora's Box?
it easily fits criteria but feels a bit odd considering it's just a Jim Steinman album in disguise, entirely written, composed and produced by him. And it's not like the female singers (except for Ellen Foley) are well-known or established artists themselves. Idk. I will if you will but right now it's not on my list and I wouldn't be against just leaving it off since we're the only 2 that would vote for it anyways
