Very BasedI mean I've done amounts of Phenibut where I'm high for 30+ hours (would not recommend), but the anxiolytic/sociability effects are much lighter these days. My routine to get through the day is klonopin+adderall+kratom+ssris+ a heroic dose of nicotine+ a small dose of phenibut and a bunch of supplements. It works pretty well.
The feeling youre describing is what I get from a moderate-high dose of Klonopin+Adderall. You become a pure joy social chameleon. Very good for going on dates.
I've heard the withdrawals from phenibut are nightmarish though and comparable to klonopin which is why I don't take too much unless I feel like going demon mode
