the first one that comes to mind is Frank Ocean.

i'm intrigued by his production, songwriting and arrangements, i can even buy into the semi-mysterious persona. so there's a lot to love with Frank Ocean's music. he can't sing. maybe he is just more of a producer and writer and that's what you should pay attention to but the guy tries to sing and he just isn't good at it.
