i've seen ads for apps that are specifically for like cleaning up your camera roll and getting rid of duplicate pics and that sort of thing. i'm sure one of those would have a way to get rid of everything quick.

The drag method is fast af if you use your other finger to push scroll back up to the top of the page while your highlighting them with the other hand

Use iMazing or FoneTrans if you want to delete using a pc app
