NoirBasically none of these platforms are 100% trash. People just think it's cool to clown an entire website so they do so without exploring it.
A lot of reddit is bad and the upvote/downvote system discourages independent thought, but it's got some great parts.
The upvote system is definitely pretty stupid, especially in places where downvotes are actually punished, but I also find that it isn’t really an issue on any smaller/more specific subreddits I follow.
