Flacka: I was not sure if that’s the number he gave em or the number he was telling me.

Prosecution: Did Boonie Moe give you money ?

Flacka: No

Prosecution: How many times did you ask ?

Flacka: I asked 6-7 times. There was always an excuse

Prosecution: How did you feel ?

Flacka: Felt they was playing with us. Wilson. Durk. OTF crew.

Prosecution: To this day were you ever paid ?

Flacka: No

Summary: Flacka testified he was promised one million dollars for the murder of Quando Rondo, which he testified would be split amongst shooters.

This is contrary to OTF Jam's recorded interview with officials that he did not discuss payment with Durk until after the shooting.

Flacka finished his testimony for the prosecution.

Findling: They said you were looking at life without parole

Flacka: Yes

Findling: His quote to you was, “you were f***ed.” They confined in you that you were looking at a life sentence

Flacka: Yes

Findling: You thought you were arrested because you were playing with credit cards ?

Flacka: Yes

Findling: You referred to someone as Cuz ?

Flacka: I was told that Cuz was cousins with Durk

Findling: Did you know the depth of his relationship with King Von?

Flacka: No

Findling: The guy who spent all of his time with Von who was with Von when he was gunned down. That Vonnie was his cousin.

There was video footage shown in court of Flacka being interrogated by LAPD and FBI agents.

He is shown crying and sniffling before getting a tissue during his second interrogation on October 24, 2024.

In the recorded interview, Flacka said the following:

"They hired me to do nothing."

Flacka can be seen shackled, sniffing, head down, and reaching for a box of tissues.

"I wasn't hired for nothing."

When asked in the recording if there was a price on Quando, he said "I couldn't tell you that.

I wouldn't know. When asked if a price on someone's head was "normal," Flacka said, "Hell no, that wouldn't be normal."

Drew Findling asked Flacka if he referred to "Cuz," or Kavon Grant as a leader in the shooting of Saviay'a Robinson over 30 times in his interviews. Flacka confirmed that he did.

He was also asked by Findling if he ever saw a text message or written statement saying there would be payment for the killing of Quando Rondo.

He said he did not.

Flacka was asked if he ever knew about a previous alleged plot to kill Rondo, which was also allegedly organized by Grant, in Georgia in 2021.

Flacka said no. He was asked if he knew no one was paid for this attempt: Flacka said no.

Flacka testified he had three private conversations with Durk about payment after the hit, to which he said no one else was present for the conversation.

Findling: Did you give names to anybody to the government ? (When asking for payment). Not photographers ?

Flacka: Not in the hotel

Findling: Not videographers ?

Flacka: Not in the hotel

Findling: Not security ?

Flacka: Not in the hotel.

Findling: You had no private relationship with him (Lil Durk)

On redirect for Flacka, the government asked the following:

Flacka testified Wilson informed him of the payment leading up to the attempt on Quando Rondo in Los Angeles.

He testified the first interview with police in which he lied occurred approximately 20 minutes after his arrest, and he called his mother and wife following his arrest.

He also testified that he requested that the FBI move his family.

He said he feared for their safety if he cooperated with authorities.

Kavon Grant started testifying after Flacka.

Grant, also known as Cuz and Vonnie, is who Lil Durk's defense team says is the mastermind behind the hit on Quando Rondo and the killing of Saviay'a Robinson.

Prosecutor: Did you plead guilty ?

Vonnie: Yes

Prosecutor: Was Robinson the intended target ?

Vonnie: No

Prosecutor: Do you see the ones here who were involved ?

Vonnie: Yes

Prosecutor: Who ?

Vonnie: Durk, Dede, and Browneyez (points at each one)

On the stand today Vonnie said he took orders from Mr. Banks.

Prosecutor: Did you take orders from Mr. Banks ?

Vonnie: Yes

Prosecutor: Would any OTF member commit a murder because you told them to ?

Vonnie: No

Vonnie was asked if he took part in the Aug. 19, 2022, shooting of Saviay'a Robinson, and he testified that he did.

When asked why, Vonnie said, "Durk told us to."

The prosecution asked Vonnie what he did for Durk during his time working for the rapper.

Vonnie described driving Durk around, shopping for him, getting his take out, arranging travel and more.

"Pretty much anything you ever need," Cuz said about his work for Durk.
