BanditoBuddy yeah you can. These guys are licensed distributors with their Grade A dispensary company. They could have grown the weed in Cali or purchased it from another legal distributor. Weed is being wholesaled in Cali and Colorado as we speak.
And the moment they put it on a plane and crossed state lines they became traffickers. No s*** weed is being wholesaled in legal states, the point is crossing state lines and transporting that amount is bringing a trafficking sentence and isn’t gonna be dismissed with a fine with the current state of federal cannabis laws.

I hate cops as much as the next person, but they do a job, a necessary job. Dude was flying with 70 pounds of weed, opiods, lean, and three blicks. I can't see any justification for how the cops were in the wrong for searching him, then reviving him.
I mean the individual cops doing their jobs no but the overall system of it being any of the US governments business who’s flying with however much weed on a private plane
