The guns are legal. These are licensed fire arms on a private flight being held by security guards.

Tbh Juice was low key silly for swallowing those pills. Theres 70 pounds on weed on the plane which you cannot hide. You might as well not swallow s***.

Plus with weed being legalSliced in Chicago in January any good lawyer is gonna drag this out until it’s legal and beat the case. Plus the weed is legal purchased in California.

This whole situation could have been avoided. Never be a hero.

My question is this. If they’re gonna find the weed and the guns what the f*** would he care if he got bagged with the percs as well? Like s*** don’t add up. I mean unless he just wanted one last buzz bc he knew he was going to have to sit for a minute. Some addicts do nut ass s*** like that before getting booked. Idk. I don’t think we’ll get the full story unless it comes from someone in the camp leaking it.

That’s what I was thinking. A addict not wanting to loose his pills so he said you ain’t taking s***.

yeah, I get that he had the percs in his pocket but at that point.. I almost think he swallowed the pills cause he panicked about the police and was trying to cope with the whole situation

Exactly. Percs were his thing too and I know a couple perc heads and them s***s have you doing crazy s***. I only took them like twice and they didn’t do too much for me so luckily I let that s*** be and just stuck to weed.

You might be spot on with this. It was def bc the feds we’re right the f*** there and s*** was getting real. So either took them to hide them, or just to relax his mental. I don’t think it was suicide. He rich—he could easily fight that entire thing but seeing it all unfold of you already suffer from anxiety may have just been the wrong recipe.

Don’t know much about Law but I’m pretty sure you can’t commit a crime while it’s illegal then get away with it after it’s made legal

True but any good lawyer would argue. The d**** we purchased legally in Cali and say weed is now legal here why are we wasting tax payers money. Let’s them pay a massive fine and call it a day. This case can be beat.

exactly he had the money to fight it, don't see why he'd try to kill himself or feel like he needs to hide um

he obviously had problems with Percs
if that was his way of coping with s*** whenever anything would go bad it sorta makes a lot of sense that he'd take a bunch if he was about to get arrested for all this bs

I think the cops just assumed he was swallowing um to hide them or something and that's how tmz got this story

Anybody cannot just legally buy 70 lbs of weed in California, even with recreational use legal there. There’s no chance a court would of thrown a fine on this for a trafficking charge.

If it was just a small amount of weed I’d probably agree, but this much was obviously intended to be trafficked and sold, which is a huge crime within itself.

Then he was with known gang members carrying firearms on a plane, which is another crime

Then Juice himself has pills which is another crime

This wasn’t gonna turn out good

I’m very curious about wrongful death lawsuit against Grade A production, Inter scope, the pilot For calling the feds or the FEDs. Juice WRLDs potential lifetime earnings would be super high.

I wonder if a case could be made for wrongful death. A person with known d*** addiction was put in a precarious position and made a fateful decision.

would never happen - maybe if there was literally no 70 pounds of weed and s*** and was all a big misunderstanding or something but nah

Buddy yeah you can. These guys are licensed distributors with their Grade A dispensary company. They could have grown the weed in Cali or purchased it from another legal distributor. Weed is being wholesaled in Cali and Colorado as we speak.

Apparently the Feds reopened a murder case on Shoota Shellz (who was killed by NLMB affiliates years back)

So they may have been building a case waiting for the right chance to catch them.

Either way it’s f***ed Juice was put in a position like this

Interesting the plot def thickens. The feds could be saying the pilots called it in to keep building their case. Bibby needs to keep his head down and clean up loose ends.
