I did Lakshmi for the first time yesterday in the MSQ. I ended up top DPS by a big ass margin the entire time as a DRK, half the party died every time with the bubble mechanic even though it was explained in the beginning, and our f***ing White Mage had a text macro for each time she cast Stone. I'm not s***ting you.

I could barely read what the mentors were saying for mechanics, because every time I looked, it was a wall of s*** like "Take that, nya monster!! ♡ ´･ᴗ･ `♡"

It was a miracle we did it first pull.

Beat Stormblood (not including the patches) Shinryu was a pretty cool fight. Looking at the notes/guide beforehand made it seem a lot scarier than it actually was... I'm pretty sure we f***ed it up in like 5 minutes lol.

I honestly thought Zenos was pretty sick as a villain too... yeah, he's a little one-dimensional, but goddamn. He's just badass as f***.

I still don't give a s*** about Lysol btw

tbf she's not really that bad, she was just boring and useless so far in SB... I'm hoping she gets a lil better in ShB...

yep. I'm gonna try and get through the SB patches this weekend and start grinding out ShB. I'm just hoping I can finish before November.

Quick question, am I expected to grind out tomestones since I just hit level 70 story point for gear before I continue on with the MSQ, or is it fine if I just use level-appropriate dungeon gear/artifact armor/vendor items as I'm going through the story?
