Well I was thinking story, but hell both since you asked. Though I'm pretty sold on the gameplay this point doubt there is much that could disappoint me

mainly gameplay. Story over the top goofy but I don't know if its better than most final fantasy because this my first besides tactics advanced

ffxiv ass side quest. My only complaint about this game so far

almost finished i think. only have Odin left to fight this game is a strong ass 9 so far. nearly a masterpiece but not quite due to one of the only gripes i have: the sidequests & the sidequests disguised as main quests.

they intended for this game to be a rollercoaster and it certainly is but my god, with how high the high's are and how mysterious and intriguing the story is, i do not give a f*** about these fetch quests 😭 i understand it's supposed to be a breather, but i would've preferred them to keep their foot on the gas

These are the most satisfying boss fights I’ve ever experienced. Titan and Typhon before that were so f\*\*\*ing good

She lost one of em. Other eye is a glass one. Think they mentioned it in one of the Active Lore entries, then actually explains it later on in a side quest.

There’s a quest called Caulk & Bawl

I just did the side quest and I had noticed earlier but sidequest is where it fully kicked in the why and everything

this game is going to reach a new level with NG+ in the vein of some of my other favourite action games and I already can’t wait for the second run savouring this first play through though, this is still a FF game through and through. the spirit of this series shines through despite the changes in combat

Been at the last mission for a day cause I don’t want it to end

My only gripe on the game is that none of the massive ass beautiful cities near the crystals are explorable and that none of the elements matter at all in battle. Those are two things FF is known for, which have been stripped from this game.

im curious how they top titan battle but holy s*** this is asuras wrath level of epic
i need to comeback to 12 and IX after this
