i gotta wait til next summer for this? man wtf
I'm still salty about it tbh. They made it seem like it was coming much sooner when they kept talking about how close the game was to completion

To be fair, we’ll be getting this and Rebirth within like 8 months of each other.

idk about that, i just wanna play it cause this looks great after FFXV and FF7R. remake wasn't bad but the combat was kinda mid for me
crisis core soon too, but i'm assuming it'll be like 7R

Been playing FFXV for the first time. This combat is so weird coming from FF7 Remake, good lord lol

There's a shot in the Ambition trailer where Barnabas (Odin's dominant) is prominently shown wielding Zantetsuken, and his character description on the official website makes two overt references to a blade ("it was Barnabas's skill with a blade that won him a kingdom"; "riding into battle atop his spectral steed and sundering foes with his fabled black blade,").
I wonder if this is a situation similar to XIV where Zantetsuken itself is the eikon and whoever wields it then becomes Odin.
This looks like it's going to be really good, production value and story wise. Gameplay looks amazing too. I feel like this has that dark tone the ffxv had while it was still known as versus XIII. Still wish we could have gotten that vision. Anyway I cant wait to see the traversal man. Lmao I just wanna see the character running around these amazing looking environments. Also curious how the level design will work since it's not open world. Wonder which game it will be structured similar to like x, or xii etc.
I get so excited every time the leads draw a comparison between XVI and Heavensward. The pure confidence they have in their work is more promising than any big budget marketing pump-fake.
oh brother
i mean i don't go into FF games (or really any jp game) expecting representation but that answer was still wasnt good
still coppin tho

What kinda dumbass question is this?
kinda strange but okay
just go full exclusive or dont
It'll go to PC and that's it
oh brother
It’s like the nerds upset at Rings of Power.
Like, it’s fantasy. It’s literally half the title. There are giant monsters you can summon magic and bullshit, so stop with the “We got to adhere to historical accuracy.”.
Huh?
This game is going to breath life back into mainline FF games
Haven't felt like this watching FF trailers since FFIX FFX era
Hope this is cause recently 1st time playing FF15 left a sour taste in my mouth.
Especially after playing FF7R
