This game is hitting all the right notes for me tbh. The combat is incredible and the story, characters, music, and presentation have this nostalgic feeling that’s hard to explain.

Like, in the exploration segments where you go up to NPCs to talk and the entire game freezes and does a close up on their face. It looks extremely janky but it has all the charm of the JRPGs I grew up playing.

I’m unironically excited to experience the full thing. And I’m taking it very seriously idc

iight so I’m hearing the cutscenes are still weird and wacky and there’s not many.

Graphics still look iffy but I played resolution mode in the demo and it seem to still mainly be at 60fps.

More hack and slash than nioh so the combat is top notch with canceling into jobs etc.

Probably just gonna get more laughs from the story being pretty out there and cheesy so don’t put much thought into and enjoy the ride.

Finished the demo and I'm gonna cop the full game soon. Gonna try to unlock all jobs before I transfer over so that's out of the way
