Didn't get to play any of the demos so everything was new to me, but APPRECIATE THE F*** out of the homages to previous FF titles. Holy s*** FF8 MT. Gulg/Fire Cavern & FF11 Delkfutt Tower (They even had the same mobs from FF11) + the f\*\*\*in music had me in nostalgia mode
That being said, this game would've benefited greatly from not being a souls-like game and maybe even more like recent Tales game or something else. Maybe its because of Elden Ring, but yeah they p**** footing with it being souls-like but ultra forgiving at the same time
Overall it was mid, but being a FF title made it enjoyable mid
