Bruh ffvii rebirth and ffxvi both dropping within not even a full year of each other is insane and might be squares biggest w in a very long time. I can't wait to get this but not gon lie it does look a tad overwhelming with all the minigames and whatnot but I know its gonna be amazing. Hopefully I dont sprint through the story though and give some of them minigames a chance

It's crazy I remember watching advent children and wondering if the graphics for the games would ever look like that in real time. Amazing how far everything has come

Played the first part of remake, should I watch a synopsis of the original, game way too dated for me to play but I heard I need to experience story of the original

Hearing people clocking in 100 hours and still not beating the game cus of the side quests and minigames makes me wanna just focus on the main storyline for the 1st playthrough.
On the 2nd playthrough I’ll try to explore everything the game has to offer.

Playing the original is essential imo, but watching a recap of the plot is the 2nd best option if you don’t feel like playing.

I played the original when the first remake came out up until the point where remake ended

I was planning on picking it back up and doing the same and playing to the point where rebirth ended….

But I think it’s too late to do that at this point so I think imma go in blind

Glad I’ve kept away from playing Junon demo, want everything to feel fresh

just beat ff7r for the first time, absolutely loved every moment and want to replay immediately so I hopped back into ch.1 on hard mode and I’m getting tossed around like a ragdoll by the first boss. I can’t even progress smh who made this? It’s torture
