Zelda the towers just unveiled the map and shrines in the area. Leading you to actual stuff to do (I enjoyed shrines). Rest of side content was discover on your own. Which is good for my ocd ass as it doesn’t make me feel obligated to do it.

At least your OCDness let you engage with the whole game. Lots of the best content in the game was locked behind that stuff. That Zelda side content was mostly worthless outside of gettin more hearts or stamina

my ocd ass skipped all content about 20 hours into TOTK to discover every single tower and shrine in the game before continuing with any quest

hours 20-60 of that game for me was just doing towers and shrines

so good. think i put in almost 150 hours into rebirth this year alone. luckily i am now burnt out and dont plan on returning for another year or will probably fold as soon as remake part 3 gets announced

There are rumors that the 9 remake might have been cancelled or at least is in trouble.

Hopefully that isn’t actually the case though.
