Apparently I was half wrong, you can get the PS5 upgrade for free (which includes the base game), but the additional PS5 Yuffie DLC episode you would have to pay for separately

PS5 version with everything is $70

Don't know how much the Yuffie DLC episode is yet if you plan on just upgrading the PS4 version
