Ok but this song where he samples Africa by Toto is goofy asf
we gon' make it a tik tok viral.
Reminds me of one of those meme youtube remixes
If you look at it from a 1999 perspective tho.. it's an interesting song lyrically. He saw where the world was heading.

Someone ITT needs to put one of those tik tok teens dancing to it
can imagine jay's reaction when he heard this album LOL.
man Jay had some duds too around this time but his hit making ability, the album sales and the lane he was in cancelled that s*** out.
Cuz of illmatic and the lane Nas was in, his s*** had to be DAMN NEAR PERFECT EVERY TIME.
Oochie Wally I actually really like.
but Bravehearts is Outlawz tier forgettable.
They had the worst song on both albums they were featured on lol
This was dope tho

Yeah some of those lines were pretty cool
I liked the one about comparing JFK to Clinton

outlawz>bravehearts
i love jay and he's my goat
but he was deadass wrong for painting this narrative
that everything after illmatic was eh
he is one of the biggest nas stans
so he knew that was bullshit
it was written is another classic
i am... nastradamus could have been the GOAT double album
and what we got was pretty good
some obvious misses
but this was one of the first big albums to leak on a big level
so instead of just dropping the joints
they rushed and made new ones
i'm sure they'd do it differently if they had the chance today
i thought they'd go for it with the 20 year anniversary but guess not
maybe the 25 nahmean
nastradamus is worse
but even that has some gems
project windows is one of nas' best songs
and on the QB collab tape
it's some fire on there too
i say that to say
nas didn't fall off when people think
i'd say he's actually worse now than ever
lmao

my city got legends. There was a time you literally had to have a Lil Jon produced hit or you wasn't bout s***.

theres a difference between having to be damn near perfect and "when it come to s***advice, im the one to call"

Life is Good is basically everything 4:44 tried too hard to be

Not that weirdo notesfromphilo ranting like a crackhead ITT threw him on ignore ages ago, thought he already left the site
outlawz>bravehearts
they one in the same.
Fatal and Kadafi give Outlawz the slight edge tho.
nas struggling to flow on big things is hilarious.
Lmao I see that song clowned everywhere but someone pointed in another thread that it might have influenced Big Pimpin because his flow.
Life is Good is basically everything 4:44 tried too hard to be
i feel like the dreamer the believer
life is good
and 4:44
are all sister albums
although i much prefer 4:44
i know a lot of people love life is good
i feel like that's when i stopped liking nas like that tbh
idk what it is about that album but i like it the least out of those three for some reason
and everything after that
i'd rather listen to Jay
i'm happy people love nas again
but even this new joint with Hitboy was not that good to me
