I think about this a lot because that vest that @shiv122 is mad interesting but besides the beanie everything it's paired with in that fit kind of melts it into blandness

That piece that got suggested is one of many cool ways to make the vest pop and support it visually

Where I currently live got hit by a massive blizzard on Saturday and watching out the window of my apartment it would be hard to tell that vest/fit apart from any of the weary, snow trudging wear that people were rocking after the snow stopped but with that long sleeve (once again important to emphasize that it's only one possibility) man that ish would shine

Facts it definitely needs some cool s*** to make it pop but honestly sometimes I just throw this on as a uniform. You know how it is sometimes the weather is so absolutely s*** you just wanna be warm and cozy LOL

During the summer honestly nothing 😭 I literally will just go out in a random plain or graphic tee cargo shorts and some vans/350s. I legit don’t know how to dress during summer anymore, but I want to try and make the effort to look decent this year. I do like floral button ups (just bought a couple) and striped shirts. Context for how I look 5’9, chubby (mostly gut not all around fat) long dreads, baby face.

Black and navy can for sure work no problem, you just need to be mindful of the shades of black and navy that you're having work together + a good overall sense of color
