hell yeah it's a lifestyle. the modern world is not designed for good posture. 9-5 office working, people always on their phones, playing computer games, etc. gotta counteract that with daily activity

What are some things I should try to pay attention to/focus on when standing to improve my posture?
don't look at the floor bro. trust me, it gets easier the more you do it. we just too used to our heads tilting down to our phones, and that develops what they call 'tech neck' where your head sits at a forward posture. should be dead straight above your spine
pull your shoulders back too. no rolled shoulders... only thing is it's difficult to train the upper body different to what it's used to without focusing on the lower body. the lower body is the pillar of everything else in the body. if you can, do stretches throughout your day on the move if you aren't in to working out.
