okay so I usually lift 6 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week too. But this is what I have been doing during lock down
I drink warm lemon water constantly throughout the day (great for weight loss)
I drink green tea after all my meals
I have been only eating chicken since lock down (either bbq or baked) when it comes to meats
Eating a lot of vegetables (with every meal)
A lot of fruits (strawberries, blue berries, oranges, bananas)
No desserts at all. At night after my last meal I’ll have a piece of 90% dark chocolate (delicious once you get used to it)
For workouts:
I do body weight workouts daily and isolate each body part and then run on the treadmill at an incline of 4 and speed of 6 for 40 mins then walk on it on an incline of 9 and speed of 4 for 20 mins. I also do 200 push-ups daily. My chest is always harder than my d*** even if amanda seyfried was sucking it

Instead of doing 200 push ups daily you should do less push ups with weight on your back (like in a backpack or something). Also you shouldn’t do it daily, your muscles need more time to recover

And I mean do you, but all I’m saying is that you could be more efficient and see more results. More time working out does not necessarily equal more results
200 push ups a day slightly bit too much. I'd say do a workout (around 60min) every second day. Or 30 min every day. You get more than just push up benefits. Treadmill good but not everyone has one at home

My body workouts are literally 20 mins and I spend so much time on the treadmill cause I low key trynna kill time i listen to music so sometimes an hr flies by without me not even knowing

I’ll give you some advise tho (this depends on how lean you are) I do 5 kinds of pushups (do not attempt them if you are heavy you can break your wrist)
I do:
Normal push-ups
Diamond push-ups
Wide-grip push-ups
Hands beside my waist push-ups (works your triceps)
Hand clap push ups
Diamond and hands beside your wait pushups really strains your wrist and hands and can low key break your wrist if your heavy so be careful
