A lot of people are lazy on the resumes with it. They are hammering out cover letters to a bunch of jobs. The whole thing flags as like 100% ai generated. I could see if it said 50/50 or something. But most times its the entire thing. On top of that they have ai generated and memorized interview answers as well or what they watched on youtube. You have to be extremely observant of who you are interviewing now and do you research to make sure you are hiring the right people. Its making it difficult to give opportunities to genuine people right now. Its also why turnover is insane as people come in and immediately realize they arent cut out for it and dip. Which leaves a lot of people who cant keep supervisors or managers for long so its harder for them to move up because they constantly have to re-prove themselves to a new person every couple months.
