sendmeThis just occurred to me so one last post. if coachella doesn’t sue it KINDA makes them look complicit in defrauding hundreds of thousands of fans out of their money. I know that isn’t what happened, but you gotta envision how those big wigs think to understand where I’m coming from.

so what it means in the real world is his life isn't over, his friends and family still love him, he can still do and make whatever he wants on his own time
I can't imagine any universe where festivals will make Frank get on his hands and knees and beg for a platform to perform, this will do nothing but potentially change what people online and in barbershops think about him, but those people been s***ting on him the last few years for Homer and vinyls anyway
hopefully the people that paid for weekend 2 specifically to see him have some way of reimbursement, and I hope they feel better cause it would've been rough news to get
once again yea the first sentence is true. It doesn't affect his immediate life. I don't think its fair to say the people are upset weren't fans of him before. Thats a gross generalization.

frank was the biggest draw. millions in revenue generated off him performing two full sets. GV got half of one set. that right there is a breach of contract. the fact that this is confusing to yall is embarrassing.
going further, do you think frank paid out of pocket for the months of training 120 ice skaters or the ice rink? all the sunken cost and time going to needless waste is fraudulent.
then you have frank damaging GV and Coachella’s public image and reputation, including the aspect of forcing them to cancel the live stream they had been promoting.

They already got everybody’s ticket money off having Frank as a headliner. What do they give a s*** if he drops out.
And yeah, Frank did pay for rehearsals out of his own pocket. Artists show up with their own stage crews, set design, and equipment. Cardi said a few years that she paid $300k for her Coachella stage design.

Artists drop out of festivals literally all the time, Coachella included. Frank is not getting sued.
Y’all must think Frank is the first artist to ever give a s***ty performance at a festival or drop out completely.
Just a month ago Drake dropped out of Lollapalooza Brazil a few hours before he was set to go on stage and he is not getting sued
