I didn’t read the links bro it was just proof that legal precedent exists as it relates to breaches of contract, fraudulent business practices and live music.

Nobody said there’s never been lawsuits invoking a live music event, we’re saying an artist has never and will never be sued for dropping out of a festival and/or giving a s***ty performance

  • I wonder.

You can’t call someone close minded and then proceed to post links that you didn’t investigate in order to back up your argument

what does all of this mean, are you suing him? are you getting money from it? Is anyone from weekend 2 getting their money back? It's all a no

It kinda feels different. Frank might honestly be ready to return. Leaving behind Coachella for week 2 might be the best thing for us all.

  • Apr 20, 2023

We all said multiple times an artist won’t get sued for dropping out of a festival and then he proceeds to post three links that have absolutely nothing to do with that premise

bro typed "live music lawsuit" "concert lawsuit" "concert fraud"

into google with a smile on his face like "I GOT THEM"

To some people who have been going to live shows for over 10 years consistently. I have seen artist be weak, have bad sound, cancel. I saw Kendrick Lamar before he was the performer he was now. I have been to festivals with headliners changes

That all happens . Take your legal team to most festival websites and they openly say things are subject to change. Lollapalooza has been rained out before headliners went on. Many things have happened. Stop acting like Frank having a subpar performance lead to deaths, bodily injury or was some nefarious get rich scheme because you are upset. You are hopefully a grown adult

Not to mention Frank HIMSELF has backed out of multiple festivals before Coachella and has never been sued by any of them

let’s say the contracts between frank and gv designate physical injury as a viable reason for cancellation and that’s why frank and his team are using this otherwise mind-boggling excuse for why he couldn’t sing.

now let’s say gv are able to prove that frank lied about the injury in order to upend months/years of planning the day of his set.

    that would be interesting, no?
