I also don’t think it’s AI. It’s clearly an image of frank but with grooming we’ve never seen before. I dont think an AI would have positioned both of them so candidly and at those angles as well.

you can tell it to make any kind of image though, plus you can just doctor it further from there. you could have it spit out a mostly realistic basis then a competent artist could fix it up. not saying it is or isn't ai just explaning that that is 100% possible
