I understand this sentiment, but I feel like in certain cases (not Frank) they should feel a little more obligated to feed their fans at least a crumb after a long hiatus
Nah
I don’t wanna hear anything that the artist isn’t truly inspired to put out
Good to keep in mind this man owes people nothing at this point, he can return and do whatever he wants
he owes the people who bought the merch and got nothing
he owes the people who bought the merch and got nothing
That’s true (unless they got refunded)
Yeah then legal issues should come into play
well, he was lucky enough that people who have bought the merch don't have the financial resources to sue him, because this kind of behaviour won't fly with people able to put thousands on jewelry lol

if he honestly returned with $100 shirts, y’all would be like “I’m not buying from blonded again after what happened”, he came back with a new team catered towards a new audience and y’all want him to drop affordable stuff
454/Frank collab would be amazing.
yup, link is in OP

You snapped on op
gloss finish on the pages
Wouldn’t expect anything else from him, those glossed pages on bdc are absolutely beautiful
Will never get the fan perspective that an artist must devote their effort towards music and never anything else. Why can’t they return after four years and cater to themselves instead of fans, lol.
People in this thread and elsewhere about artist in general often talking about what an artist owes them. I know sometimes they rationalize it because I’m they pod in time or money via tickets or streams or merch purchases and in this case Frank’s physical music and merch purchases have been sketch, but I’m not about to act like someone owes me art unless I paid for it and it ain’t get delivered. But I’m terms of albums and stuff people get what they paid for and always act like the deserve more. Seems so gross
no one pointing out that dude was releasing music all while creating all of this since 2018 which I find interesting and is a testament to his multitasking abilities
(This a general statement and not just towards Frank cause he can do whateva he want.)
I just wish these niggas that aspire to fashion wasnt so euro centered man.
It's their reference points as Tyler would say

Yeah he really works his ass off
yeah, idk. the instagram story sounded like he was fully invested in this company.
and if this coachella 2023 thing is real, i could see him focusing on Homer in 2021, and music later, like 2022
i could see him releasing music alongside the drops
it is interesting how he said all his work is dedicated to his family now. i’m excited to see how that reflects in his music
Starting to align more with Thundercat's way of doing things tbh. Post memes, practice your instrument, sing raw truthful music, and repeat. This whole appealing to the upscale crowd Frank's doing just doesn't connect with real people. Love the man but this isn't what the world needs rn, and he knows his influence
Maybe he'll become the world's first benevolent billionaire with this, who knows
