frenchpresson some level it's smart that he doesn't say anything b/c i think he knows that social media outcry is mostly provisional and doesn't usually result in actual consequences other than people perhaps carrying some resentment around irl -- resentment that usually manifests in nothing but people's thoughts
and typically, responding to social media only fuels the fire
take that weeknd/usher biz the other week -- the weeknd made some statement and it got bigger once he eventually acknowledged it via twitter, and now no one even cares bout that incident. frank just skips over the aggravation part of it, which i think usually works to his benefithowever, not demonstrating any responsibility towards his fans re: music and merch is silly, but he's an amoral dude
he's got some money and power; he doesn't need to care (whether he should is a diff question)will it last? i dunno. i don't think his allure will last forever tbh. the hype for those 2016 albums can't really be replicated because we genuinely didn't know his game at that time -- he was a relative newcomer w/ CO who decided to go very recluse afterwards, confusing many. now it's kinda expected and thereby less interesting

The whole merch situation really the only thing he deserves criticism for,
and the plagiarism thing I'm not fully aware of, but isn't it in the BDC mag? that probably isn't very known cause only his hardcore fans have that

And rocky is besides the conversation, frank is massively overrated, he is a very good artist but Internet blogs and his fans gas him up way too much, lets wait for his next album to rate him. He is far from being a goat, he lacks the career trajectory, not droppin s*** and being mysterious doesnt make you special.

With music I feel it’s different. I’m a believer of borrowing and “stealing” but with frank it was from his script that he stole something which I see diffrent. You can always put some thing in your own words
