You just get held for a year where you are probably fired for not showing up, in jail so can’t pay your rent or for your car (unless you have it set to autopay I guess), credit is in the toilet, friends and relationships might move on
All that and you might not even be guilty

The Darkest AngelHolding innocent people without bond is against the constitution plain and simple. This is a police state and they're throwing as many charges as the can to see what sticks and who will snitch for a deal. It's horrifying and a lot of these men being black is going to give the media the narrative they want. YSL is a music label/rap collective and they want us to believe it was a "gang" because of the color of their skin. They were getting too powerful and they don't want another NWA on their hands
All for liking artists.... but YSL wasn't just a label. Unless you're suggesting the audio recordings and investigations are fake (which you don't know), they are criminals and deserve to be in jail.

It just a bad situation when someone innocent is held up like that, they not only lose the one thing they cant recover: time, all of their life and things u mentioned get put in jeorpardy. Also you reputation definitly gets damaged.
Things like this needs to be way quicker, and honestly they should gift a good sum of money to these people, they arent at fault and only rep the negatives. And the goverment already wastes money in stupid things, they should give it to the people that need it
