no way the courts will risk them fleeing the country (which given the years they could face, is a real possibility)
Gunna's proposal was pretty strong for not fleeing the country
$750k. several properties, including his parents' homes.
24/7 monitoring. phone monitoring
Gunna they were more worried about witness tampering, which makes sense cuz he has enough $ to make someone take a charge or lie
people forget what happened right before the feds picked up Pooh Sheisty's case
Sheisty bonded out on the robbery. then he let off a shot in a club, hitting a security guard. then Sheisty was locked for that. then the guard suddenly changed his story, obviously got paid off. then the feds came in
This reads like some satirical piece. I hate how some ppl wanna use systemic oppression to excuse awful abuse by minorities. They got Thug on paper, text and calls.
facts
this aint some jaywalking charge or a random d*** bust. This is a 10 year investigation that uncovered some real s***
just cause it involves an artist people like, or it involves a minority in what generally is a racist system- it doesnt mean they still shouldnt be punished
Don’t get why all y’all acting like gunna is sweet or he’s gonna snitch lol where did this idea come from

Because he was on crime stoppers
But don't you understand its almost colonialism to credit Trap Lore Ross for this!!!!
colonialism is the wrong word, but we should give credit where it's due
the rappers are snitching on themselves. it's not Trap Lore snitching on them
Look at him
I’m all for judging his looks by music but that has nothing to do with how he acts and what he’s done lol
Because he was on crime stoppers
Years ago and all he said was his cousin didn’t do it
Ti was too and he obviously has done things

Oh yeah I remember that, security dude said it was amnesia from the hospital d**** or something right lmfao
Probably had a 1017 chain on when he recanted the statement

Yeah I got strong pander vibes from brah post.
I feel like both sides are too lost in the sauce. You can say f*** 12 but still acknowledge that Thug nem were moving all wrong. That’s not bootlicking or being a cop lover, it just mean you understand what comes with the s*** they be on. You can listen to their music and not support them actually going out smoking folks. People argue all the time people should treat lyrics as art and that’s what people do for the most part. I can listen to drill music and not actively support the bs that come with it. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. If people are to treat rap as strictly art, you can’t get upset that people don’t co-sign what these dudes are doing. I mean if these were everyday regular niggas capes wouldn’t be on as tight as they are.
Just my 2 cents on the madness itt.
Holding innocent people without bond is against the constitution plain and simple. This is a police state and they're throwing as many charges as the can to see what sticks and who will snitch for a deal. It's horrifying and a lot of these men being black is going to give the media the narrative they want. YSL is a music label/rap collective and they want us to believe it was a "gang" because of the color of their skin. They were getting too powerful and they don't want another NWA on their hands
Im crying at ' they was a record label but colour if they skin makes them want you to think its a gang' so the murders, d*** deals, tape recordings of planned assassination attempts etc were all this mystical illusion huh?

Freddie Gibbs narrative
crimes are committed out of necessity. you’re talking like you think Thug just said to his pals one day “hey guys, you know what would be really fun? forming a gang & committing crimes that are sure to catch up with us one day 🤓”
once again, everything you say is like i’m talking to a cop

This cool but the discussion today started about people saying gunna doesn’t deserve a bond, when he didn’t commit any crimes except possessing d****.
That’s bootlicking
Y’all are writing and essays and s***, just simply wait for the evidence they have on them.
R. Kelly was singing about Age Ain't Nothin but a Number, it don't mean people actually wanted him to rape 14 year olds
you really typed up anything
No way it should be legal to just have dudes in jail for an undetermined amount of time
A lot of these cases with the expensive attorneys, it takes longer because the defense has to build a case and the more evidence the prosecution has the harder it is. If you have a lot of charges or a lot of evidence you have to do countless hours of research to find precedent for your arguments

You're missing my point. There's no verdict and they're holding him against his will. I'm not excusing anything but he's innocent until a judge or jury decides. They can have him on video confessing for all I care but we have rights. If they're found guilty then I won't argue with it but that's not the case
