Gonna assume your first name is B**** if this is how you judge people

clearly we're from different walks of life if you consider those acceptable things to label yourself, regardless of name, they committed crimes while being way richer than all of us combined so they don't need defending lol

It’s an artist name, I doubt people would have picked up nearly as much on the music if it was Jeffrey Williams and Sergio Kitchens as their rap names. Can’t artists have personas? Isn’t that a major factor in why it works so well? That these things arnt 100% true?

Also crime happens on all levels from Rich to Poor, people want to defend this because they believe this rap group is being targeted and unfairly assessed as a gang instead of a music collective. Now obviously and unfortunately there are definitely some criminal charges that have been tied to different members of YSL but as many have mentioned since Thugs massive blow up and real expanding of YSL, it’s unclear if the action stopped and music was really the focus or if s*** was still going on behind the scenes.

Empathy is hard I suppose for you, forget the money for a second and these are just humans at the end of the day caught in a tough situation in which innocent people will likely see jail time for their affiliation, heavier sentences will be doled out to the most popular artists since they get the most name recognition and are seen as “leaders”, and the people who actually committed the crimes (whichever ones they bring up) will not see the full sentence as it will be distributed to the label on the whole.

Based on who GA are targeting they are lumping music collectives with people who have had legal run ins with actual street gangs that have been around for decades, and that doesn’t sit right with most.

I appreciate the response, I was half joking when I posted originally, don't take me too seriously, I haven't been following the case

S***, he was talking brazy, I ain't lie, I knocked the nigga off
I ain't tryna give him a chance to kill me or take the stand on me

    We Didnt Like That

You're missing my point. There's no verdict and they're holding him against his will. I'm not excusing anything but he's innocent until a judge or jury decides. They can have him on video confessing for all I care but we have rights. If they're found guilty then I won't argue with it but that's not the case

If hes a threat to the community or if his release might alter the case (witness tampering), then they have strong grounds to keep in there until his trial.

It's not just for Young Thug or Gunna. This is usually how these cases go. They're not violating any rights.

Yes. This is the right way to look at it. If your crimes are obvious enough that someone who has never set foot in your country can make DETAILED, 2 and a half hour videos on the crimes, then maybe it’s you and not him that’s the issue

KTT and Reddit is full of room temperature IQ people who somehow believe the crimes are blatant enough that Trap Lore Ross can make 2 and a half hour videos on them, but not blatant enough for the cops to notice without the Trap Lore videos. Truly a high level of stupidity that makes me question how folks operate vehicles or read maps or dress themselves

Not blatant enough because I love Jeff and Sergio as well as their friends
