it’s very upsetting that law enforcement are using lyrics as evidence which is dirty as f*** but also some of these niggas acting like ysl is the black panthers cos they hired some niggas from thug’s old neighbourhood when they’re linked w/ 50 bodies

Lol crazy how y’all sweep good Shìt like empowering niggas from your hood under the rug

But believe clickbait titles about 50 bodies with no proof at all

i thought that too bc fed is so much harder than state. but they're not even giving these dudes a bond, which is a bad sign for the defendants

People keep saying this but it’s still a RICO at the end of the day. Tbh I was reading somewhere that it could’ve been a Fed case but the city of ATL wanted to handle it themselves within the state + I think the recent violence pushed them to act now

By recent violence I meant that shooting w/ Thug’s BM and the stuff about Thug putting hits on YFN Lucci while he was in prison

this reads like he said things to take part of the charge for Duke, so Duke would have a lighter sentence

is it still snitching if it’s to take a charge for someone else?

regardless the state has a broader set of terms than the feds.
The feds have to be air tight but when they move it’s basically a guaranteed conviction

However the state can operate with jurisdiction specific laws in their RICO and use past accounts for a broad co-conspirator case (Thugs manager), it’s almost like double jeopardy

Praying for them boys. Prayers ain’t gonna do much but gotdamn man. I’m just imagining how they feel in those isolated cells. If by any chance they’re able to get out within the next decade they should just throw the rap s*** away

Don't you mean throw away the gang s***? Rap lyrics aren't why they got locked up lol

    Dirty

Like do people understand how this works?

The judge goes over all the preliminary evidence and then determines if the person being charged should be allowed bond and how much it should be

For a judge to not let Thug out on bond, that evidence has to be pretty f***in airtight

And I’m sure Thug can afford very good expensive lawyers so if they couldn’t even make an argument to sway the judge, then the evidence has to be strong as f***

    Well judges arent infallible...

Many of them are completely out of touch/biased.
