APD Investigator Carlos Maldonado is testifying right now about a traffic stop involving Quamarvious Nichols and Shannon Stillwell, in which d**** and gun were collected and both were arrested.

Maldonado is done with his testimony and he will not be called back to testify in this trial.

Next witness is Atlanta PD Sgt. Charles Ross.

Jury is being shown the body camera footage from APD officer Charles Ross. Ross is testifying regarding an incident involving Quamarvious Nichols.

APD Sgt. Charles Ross testimony is relating to overt act 77, which involves Quamarvious Nichols. His attorney, Nicole Westmoreland, has continuously objected to the evidence/exhibits shown by the state while Ross testifies.

Westmoreland is now cross-examining Ross on the arrest. She began questioning him about a social media post Ross saw that lead to him to go to the apartment complex and ended with Nichols being arrested.

We are done with Sgt. Charles Ross testimony after multiple lawyers cross-examined him. We are also done for the day, as jurors have been dismissed for the day.

Investigator Stephen McKesay is the first witness today.

McKesay is testifying about YoungThug's brother, Quantavious Grier aka Unfoonk, who ended up being charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

Unfook pleaded guilty on this YSL case and was out on probation until he got picked for violating his parole. He was sentenced to 9 years 6 months.
