Trial has resumed after lunch.
Officer Dwayne Thomas is called to the stand.
This is another witness testifying about overt act 114 involving Quantavious Grier (Unfook) and stolen firearm.
State's Witness #22: A lady in charge of 911 call/dispatch records.
State's Witness #23: Officer Radcliffe Henry
This witness and the previous one are both testifying about Overt Act #76 in the indictment, involving Huey.
There was an issue with one of the jurors
She complained to a deputy that she came across a video of herself from October, posted on social media by someone that was in the courtroom.
She said it wont affect her ability to remain unbiased, but thought it was important to tell the court someone recorded videos in court.
In the end, Glanville appeared to have disregarded the incident after asking each juror if they had overheard the conversation between the juror and the deputy.
He did ask the jury to remain off news and social media feeds.
That's it. We're done for the day.
Tomorrow is a half day (9:30am - 12pm), and they plan on only continuing the last witness.
He looks good today
You think this gon end in a mistrial?

Officer Henry was on the stand again this morning.
Tomorrow is another short day (1:00pm to 5:00pm).

Still early but so far its been mostly expert testimonies (Atlanta cops and forensic a***ysts).
Thug's defense team has been doing a good job of making it clear that alot of these crimes aren't gang affiliated or motivated for the furtherance of the gang.
This trial will start picking up when the state starts bringing more serious evidence and the YSL members to the stand.

Guilty? Only thing he's guilty of is inspiring entire generations to be creative and to enjoy life. Before I was listening to young Truly Humble Under God, I was on d****, family wouldn't talk to me, I thought it was over for me.
But then I heard this song:
And that was all I needed to hear.
I now have been married for some years and have a wonderful house, business, 3 dogs, and a kid.
