Brian Steel asked for a mistrial after Lil Woody refuse to testify

This allegedly was Lil Woody's social media posts during the lunch break (they're deleted now)

Ms. Love accused the defense of witness tampering due to communication between Woody's lawyers and the defense lawyers.

The state claimed they did NOT know Woody was going to do that.

Steel wanted to call witnesses who say that Woody CLEARLY said things like " F them, take me back to jail" near the state.

The Judge denied the motion and didnt want to hear from any of Steel's witnesses.

So YSL Woody is going to go to jail if he refuses to testify

Sucks for the prosecution because he's an important witness

This trial is honestly a mess.

Kenneth "Lil Woody" Copeland will be back in court today. Judge Glanville will ask him, outside the presence of the jury, if he plans to testify or plea the Fifth Amendment again.

If he does again, he will go back into custody.

Prosecutor Hilton has been in another courtroom this morning. The prosecution back row is present as well as all the defendants and defense teams.

The judge hasn't taken the bench.
