Judge Whitaker went off on prosecutor Love: "It is BAFFLING to me that somebody with the number of years of experience that you have, time after time after time continues to seemingly, purposely, hide the ball...for as long as you possibly can. And I really don't want to believe that it is purposeful ...unless it is that you are so unorganized that you are throwing this case together as you try it!" Judge then had to leave the bench to take some deep breaths.

It’s 9:30 a.m. and the jury has still not been brought out as Love and defense attorneys argue over admitting stuff.

The jury has been waiting for 40 minutes before they are finally brought out to hear testimony from former Inv. Gaither, who can’t be shown on camera.

Today is going to be spent asking Gaither a bunch of questions to introduce the interrogation videos from Quindarrius Zachary.

Court will be quiet for a while.

Jury won't return until Monday, Oct. 14.

Whitaker is trying to figure out and telling the state to instead of introducing a bunch of stuff, to narrow down to be able to present their case in a faster way.

Judge Whitaker just said that tomorrow they will have a meeting with attorneys but no motions will be discussed.

The meeting will take place in the courtroom but it will be closed to media and the public since it’s not really part of the trial.

Jury is back after 1 week off.

Agent Burney (cell phone data expert) is back to finish his testimony, tracking the cell phone records and approximate cell phone locations of the relevant people on the night of Donovan Thomas' murder and the time after.

Burney presents records of some of the accused, and many of their associates, communicating before and after the Nut murder. He also presents cell data showing them gather in the vicinity of Thug's condo, corroborating "snitch" interrogation statements.

Next witness is APD Detective Brian Peek

Officer Peek quickly testified to investigating a shooting targeting the vehicle of Thug's mom's boyfriend's in 2015.

Whitaker gives a disclaimer to the jury that they're about to see images from a strip club before the State showed the video of Yak Gotti and Duke getting jumped in Magic City by "rival gang members" shortly before they were arrested in "rival gang territory to retaliate"

We are about to hear Dennis testify about Yak's statements to police after he got arrested shortly after.

The jury will be instructed that these statements are only useable against Yak and no one else in the courtroom.
