Dennis also testifies that Yak "acknowledged a beef between YSL and IF gang" and that he wanted to be a Blood.

Yak told the police after the music took off, he wanted to move past the gang culture and he didn't respect the "gang culture" of having leaders, etc.

Dennis testifies that the chase started because when Yak/Duke showed up to Trestletree, there was a large police presence and they suddenly hit a U-turn which alerted police.

Dennis tried to testify to the meaning of lyrics and how they used it in their investigation.

Defense objected to Dennis testifying about lyrics as, to their memory, he was not qualified by Glanville as an expert in lyrics but qualified in other things.

Glanville's order said " gang communication " which Whitaker says she doesn't know if that covers lyrics or not, so she will bring Dennis in to ask him himself.

Dennis says he remembers Glanville asking him about lyric interpretation during his expert qualification hearing (daubert hearing), and the Judge takes his word for it, so he will be allowed to testify about it.

The Georgia Supreme Court today reversed the contempt finding against Young Thug's lawyer Brian Steel, from back in June after he confronted Judge Glanville about an ex parte meeting with a witness.

Another probation revocation:

Co-defendant Antonio Sumlin, aka Obama, is alleged to have been caught shoplifting in August, violating his probation.

State is now asking Judge Whitaker to revoke his probation. Obama was expected to be called as a witness in the near future.

yea it's a good step but Whitaker is hesitant to call a mistrial because she doesn't want to feel like she wasted everyone's time.

But it looks she's getting more and more tired of the prosecution's sloppiness.
