    He’s right from a numbers POV. There’s less rappers than basketball players. And they are paid much less than them as well.

    But the NBA requires more actual work to make it

    In terms of being signed to a major label yes it is hard, but you can legit become internet famous and then start rapping and be a “rapper” aswell. You can take shortcuts to being a artist tbh.

    I really wouldn’t compare the two. People get wrapped up in the idea of what they imagine is harder knowing they haven’t done either but it’s an argument for both. I feel like Master P is only person that can some what answer this question.

    You have to be a way better baller than rapper to make it in the NBA vs rap.

    But the intangibles surrounding a music career are way less predictable and manageable

    Which is why I said he can some what answer. If I started picking at how he got the there I’d end up doing the same for his music career and the start up money played a part in that. Every rapper doesn’t have thousands to put into a career.
