glad the episode addressed what I was thinking about during this season: we love Darius but he really is a weed carrier. In this episode they made it clear he's not doing much for the salary, just handing around being a homeboy. I think this is the conflict that will be resolved in the final episode, same way it happened in s2 with al and earn. So it's gonna be Al and Darius, plus possibly Earn and Van. Hopefully no heartbreaking s\*\*\* here :jordancry:
That perspective from Liam Neeson was really interesting. I wonder how something like that ends up being written - do they give him the floor to write his part with a little bit of context of the scene? Do they write it for him and hope that their perspectives align? I'd love to be a fly on the wall during that interaction and process.
I’m so confused why would he confuse some star f***er girl as his mom? And is that why he was so grossed out about f***ing her? And when he lost her in the crowd he was yelling for her like a boy looking for his mom but god I hated her character tbh she talked like a gay white male but what they’re ripping off usually I guess
This episode was 100% a sequel to the woods episode
That’s what I thought when he hid from those kids in the random building

Instead of a homeless dude it’s a transgender woman and instead of woods it’s the cancel club
I actually remember when they had the casting for a trans woman crazy this is finally the episode and they don’t even mention it

Wait how did he confuse her as his mom?
I think Al might start seeing Darius as a liability next season
Darius is very loyal and usually a great friend but he's not bringing anything to the table or trying to make himself useful.
He just....there . No motivations, goals, or income
Earn holds up his end, but can Darius step up as well?

nah she talked like any club alt euro girl
The stereotype was on point I know a bunch of people exactly like those characters negging and all
Wait how did he confuse her as his mom?
When paper boy says where’s Lorraine and earn says your mom? So he dreamed her in his moms image?
