Breaking Bad showed the transformation of a main character better than either of those shows did, Heisenberg is a completely different person from the Walter White you first see
!https://youtu.be/6ITCXr7FzvMWalter went through an Othello/Michael Corleone level transformation, that's at least one thing BB did better than those shows
That clip literally proves that Walter White is Heisenberg from the beginning my guy.
This my favorite type of Atlanta. That grounded s*** that hits close to home
I love the surreal s*** but sometimes it’s nice to get a break from that
She really called the police on the police and asked them to arrest her two nephews. This was definitely the funniest episode of szn 4
S1 and S2 were funny as f***, S3 was weird and dark, but S4 feels like the cultimation of everything we’ve seen so far blended in the most tasteful way.
This is the full load

Facts this may be might favorite it’s a hard pick tho

every episode has been great so far but the fact that this was able to hit without relying on surrealism puts it at the top for me. I got big szn 1 vibes from it
Stefani Robinson wrote the episode tonight
She also wrote Value, Juneteenth, Barbershop, and Woods. We are in for a good one tonight
She also wrote Terrare and Champaigne Papi (two of the worst episodes of the show), but yeah, this ended up being one of the great ones.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Really brought back the old vibes
This season really been grounded af, I guess episode 1 really was the writers saying they are leaving the crazy surrealism behind
D'Angelo being "all of us" wasn't surreal? lol
In Alligator Man just before Darius tells Earn about Florida man, Earn says his parents are going there to visit an uncle that's dying
You're totally right.

if these are two of the worst episodes u just hate van 😭😭
they provide so much depth to her character and clarity to her internal conflict

ppl will appreciate s3 because i think i think it sets up a really strong sense of fear

Value's great. Helen's awesome. Juneteenth as well. Great, informative Van episodes.
Terrare made Van a literal psychopath felon aiding actual cannibals. She should be in prison, not "going back to being a mother" or whatever.
And Champaigne Papi is fine, doesn't really forward Van's character as much as you're saying it does.

O this season has definitely had a couple surreal moments, no denying that
But this season still feels noticeably much more grounded especially compared to how insane episode 1 was

I love the uneasiness that season 3 carries. There always a sense of dread and evil energy that is felt in almost every episode

S3 hate is crazy to me. I really enjoyed it, it has some of my favorite episodes of the entire series. People will eventually come around

i love this show with almost every fiber in my being. i went to uni in atlanta and even though my college experience was obviously nothing like this show, the atmosphere just screams atlanta. i love how they bring in the sounds of the cicadas and birds; people forget how much atlanta is truly nestled in nature
