While I don't think that Donald is in charge of paying people who work on his projects, so this is slightly out of his hands some what. I do think that anyone who is behind a project, should make sure that the entities in place that handle people getting paid, are actually paying the workers at a reasonable time. Your name is attached to the project. Whether you handle people getting paid or not, if somebody's check comes up missing, people are going to be looking at you. Very least you can do is be on the side of the person who hasn't been compensated and do whatever is that can be done within your power to ensure some form of payment is sent or scheduled.

As for promises of residuals...ya get it in writing? Was it in the contract? If not then a promise means nothing lol
