It’s about 16x16 and I can fit a lot of stuff. I was able to fit my laptop a notepad and few books easily with nothing poking out. Material wise it feels more structured and rigid than my rick tote and my human made tote so it’s quality for sure

It’s actually mad easy to do tbh. You just need a seam ripper, some fabric and a basic idea on how to sew

Look up YouTube vids for it but you essentially just cut the side seam of the pants with a seam ripper as high as you want it, take some extra fabric and measure/cut it out to match the dimensions of the pants and then pin it to the pants and sew

Avery is the guy that got me into sewing initially. He made a pretty easy tutorial of how to do it a while ago

If you're concerned with fit getting your measurements would help a lot. Having a better understanding what usually feels good on you and for your lifestyle in terms of waist, where the pants sit, etc and you might be able to tell that from the pants you already have.
