Also stick to clear liquors right now I only drink Tequila and usually it takes less than 24 hours to return to normal (had like 4.5 shots worth Friday). Probably get similar results with Vodka but have yet to experiment, Gin is probably similar too.
I personally don't buy into the "white/brown liquor makes me act a certain way", but I can't think of a single clear liquor I actually enjoy sipping on.

of course I know all about eating before, drinking water, pacing yourself etc.. I been drinking for 9 years, I know all about how to last long drinking but this time I got sick from it, not even buzzed or tipsy, just straight up sick

CurlyZDawg when I turned like 22 I went from a rager legend that could clear out half the bar and a do backflips when I woke up in the morning. Then my mid-20’s hit and I need a 4 hour nap after like 3 beers.

I don't f*** with heavy percantage alcohol like spirits, liquors, vodka etc.. I might do a few shots of it but I'm not drinking that in my cup it makes me go psycho

It's called alcohol intolerance a lot of people get that s***. Some people develop it later in life too it's really not as rare as you think.
