Ah yes mr humans are innately good and would never do anything wrong if society was better
I know a guy who’s tenants werent leaving and didnt pay for months. He told them he’ll pay them $10k to leave. And once they got out, he changed the locks and paid em like $2k to leave. Was f***ed

it doesn't hurt to add it still
landlords are literally just middle man scalpers with homes. They don't do anything that I can't or the other joe smoe can't do
The world isn't a meritocracy.
I don't get these arguments. Instead of complaining about someone inheriting a house that makes housing somewhat affordable instead of putting up the collateral for the home you clearly cannot afford. Why don't you get mad at the Government for cucking you so hard you have to rent, something that primarily should be a temporary form of housing for people hoping to stay in an area for a few years and dip?
Like this landlord conversation people keep having just seems like "I have a landlord I hate, landlords must die".
It's not like you guys are even complaining about Tenant exclusive issues like a Landlord is being a d*** or accosting you. It's literally putting the entire burden of housing shortages on the backs of landlords, whether they be nimbys, slumlords, or just old ladies renting a basement to college kids
It doesn't make sense
capitalism is indeed a zero sum game
So you know from last nights thread, I’m working on getting real estate license. I’m an honest man who has no intention of s***ting on anybody. As a matter fact real estate is going to put in a financial position to start a non profit helping kids in my city. How am I s***ting people ?
i feel you. i'm a socialist myself i'm just going off political science terms. we've never seen true communism been reached so i think it's unfair that people look at "communist" countries right now and point to their problems to discount the feasibility of it
So this is a global issue, but America just has a diffrent form of said issue?

first of all dont assume i read your threads because i dont
second, if you are a landlord, you are exploiting people. simple as that.
No cause they wouldn’t be poor
It’s also managing your money properly
I ain’t met a well off niggawith bad management and I met a poor nigga with good management
You sound so dumb
Niggas hustling water on the corner = hustling but poor people working multiple jobs to make ends meet isn’t?
yea people born into poverty in 3rd world countries are stupid, they shouldve been born in Murica!
Like what? Not everyone has those options. People aren’t gonna trap, not everyone is talented enough to sell something. Yes you can have a positive mindset, but that doesn’t make everything better.
Selling isn’t a talent to me, it’s a skill. And skills can be taught/ learned. Literally said 20 minutes ago I see these kids hustling water everyday . Even you make $5 , it’s $5 more than yesterday

https://www.economist.com/china/2019/11/14/homelessness-has-become-a-problem-in-chinas-cities
Since then much has changed. Migration controls have eased. Most urban housing has been privatised. Villages have been flattened to make way for growing cities
sounds like private business has driven people out of government accomodations through rising in the wake of china's capitalist economic reforms under Deng in 1978
If you want, you could argue that Zip car should just give you the car for free because in rural/suburban parts of the United States of America, survival is almost predicated on you having an auto mobile.
You literally will be hard pressed to feed your family without one. When in reality your grievances should be with the government for not providing proper infrastructure for transportation and any individual evil enough to prevent that from happening.
These landlord conversations always seem silly
